Production typically takes 2–5 business days before shipment. During peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Estimated delivery times:
• Netherlands: 2–5 business days
• Europe: 3–7 business days
• International: 5–14 business daysShipping times may vary depending on carrier conditions.
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size selection.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days with your order number and a photo of the issue.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

If the order has not entered production, we may be able to update the address. Once production has started, changes are no longer possible.
